These terms cover your use of mayavisionlab.com and the customer portal at app.mayavisionlab.com, run by Basha Holdings LLC, doing business as Maya Vision Lab ("we", "us"). Using Maya at a business is governed by a separate signed service agreement; if the two differ, the service agreement wins. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information on this site
This site describes Maya in general terms. Features, examples and descriptions may change, and examples marked as illustrations are not real results. Nothing here is a promise that Maya will find or prevent any particular loss.
A flag is not a finding
Maya points to moments worth a look. A flagged transaction, a door gap or a spot-check mark is something for the owner to review, never proof that anyone did anything wrong. Decisions about employees, guests or anyone else are the business's own.
Your portal account
- Give accurate business details when you sign up. We approve each business before anything is connected, and may decline or suspend an account.
- Keep access to your email secure: sign-in codes are sent there.
- Add only people who should see your business's records. You are responsible for what they do with access.
- Do not try to reach another business's data, interfere with the portal or the website, or use them for anything unlawful.
Recording at your business
A business that uses Maya posts signs saying audio and video are recorded, has every employee sign the recording notice before recording starts, and keeps cameras out of restrooms, offices, break rooms and other private areas, as its service agreement requires.
Our content
The text, design, logos, images and software on this site and the portal belong to Maya Vision Lab. You may view and share pages for your own business decisions, but not copy them for other purposes.
No warranties
The website and the portal are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them. A service agreement may give a customer more.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page with a new effective date.

North Carolina law governs these terms.
