The four places a bar loses money
Voids, comps and cash
Voids, comps and discounts with who approved them and why, refunds, no-sale drawer opens, checks reopened after closing and tips changed after closing. Each one ranked against that bartender's own normal, with its clip.
Poured against sold
A weekly bottle count and a quick count of your busiest bottles at each shift change. Maya compares what was used with what Toast says was sold, shift by shift, and shows who was clocked in.
Made against rung
Drinks made at each well against drinks rung at that station, so a drink served and never rung shows up. This starts as a test and goes live only once it proves accurate at your bar.
People in against covers rung
A camera above the entrance gives an approximate count of people coming in. Every 15 minutes Maya compares it with the entries rung in Toast and shows the door clip for any gap.
A free look at your last few months, before any hardware
Your Toast report
You turn on read-only access in Toast. Maya reads your recent checks and shows voids, comps and discounts by bartender, hour and day.
Install
Our low-light cameras over each terminal and cash drawer, each well, the back bar, the bar top and the door.
First weeks
Every exception with its clip, the bottle comparison by shift, and the door count against covers.
Drink counting
Maya learns your bar from labeled video, and you see its results only after it proves accurate.
A compliance check, too
North Carolina does not allow happy hours: drink specials have to run all day for everyone. Maya flags drink prices that change with the time of day.
